This patient came to us from Ohio with obviously poor grafting from the 1980's. He had many punch graft scars in his donor area as well. Many of the old scars were removed during this procedure. Dr. Wong removed some of the previous plug grafts in his hairline and redistributed them after microscopic dissection. In addition, 3711 follicular units were used to rebuild his hairline, camouflage the remaining plug grafts and restore general coverage in one session.
